Order cancellations are not guaranteed due to the quick processing times from our team. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team to request a cancellation and we will do our best to help. In the event that your amendment request is unsuccessful, we advise using our returns service to return your order back to us for a full refund.

If your order has arrived damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receipt to let us know. Please include the below information when notifying us of a damaged order: 1. Order Number 2. Description of damage 3. Image of the damage including packaging as well as damage to any products Once received, a member of our Customer Support Team will be able to assist.

Product reactions are skin specific and sensitivity to particular ingredients can be triggered by a few factors. We always suggest that you visit your Doctor or Dermatologist to help identify the exact ingredients that may have caused this to happen.

We use an eco friendly non toxic solvent with a low carbon footprint odour, made from a renewable source.

Our candles contain Beeswax.

Our Essential Oil collection contain 100% natural essential oils. Scented Fragrance Collection are safe, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, responsibly sourced. We don't advise placing reed diffusers, candles directly on the surfaces which can be subject to damage as a result of leakage or spillage. Wooden, metal or any other porous surfaces must be protected. Keep products away from soft furnishings.

We advise to burn your candle for a min 2 hours and a maximum of 4 to burn wax evenly. The candle should be placed on a flat even surface. Trim the wick to about 1cm and 5mm for small candles after your first burn. Do not relight when the wax level is less than 1cm.

We advise to keep your Reed Diffuser out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Turn the reeds on a daily basis to ensure the reeds are fully saturated for the best scent throw.
